DANNY A. KOVACS
"Why should I work with you?"
- Since 2004, I've weathered multiple economic storms in Executive Recruiting & HR Leadership roles
- I've interviewed/placed over 1500 people globally, advancing their personal & financial growth
- I've worked with dozens of leading organizations & startups in Manufacturing & Tech
- I almost died in my early 20's (feel free to ask about it). I live each day with gratitude.
- I've had to resolve multiple scenarios of problems, including executive terminations and restructuring.
- I'm a geriatric Millennial. My know-how comes from real experience not social media influencers.

Some of My Values
You can't expect to succeed if you're not investing in yourself and/or your people.
(Those motivational posts and YouTube videos won't cut it.)
I've worked in Manufacturing & Tech for the last 19 years and have interviewed and/or placed
over 1500 candidates around the world. I understand the personal & professional struggles
that individuals & organizations face, especially among Gen Zers and Millenials, and provide
consulting, coaching, and classes to help them thrive.

Facing these challenges? I'll face them with you:
"Our recruiters don't know what success looks like. We need clearly defined KPIs."
"Our management team is burned out. We need a way to motivate them."
"We need to find a new CFO with industry experience."
"It's my first real job. I need some direction on how to grow."
"I wish there was a class that teaches you how to transition to a new career."

"I wish there was a class that teaches you how to transition to a new career."
In 2004, when I started my career as a 'headhunter' with Management Recruiters International, my boss said I should put up a picture at my cubicle of a Porsche or exotic car so that I can stay motivated as I'm making calls. I said "Nah, I don't need to. I just recently got married, my wife is all the motivation I need!"
He thought I was chasing the money. The fact that he didn't get me is what stirred my passion for consulting & coaching. It also fueled my desire to grow in other disciplines, such as PM, and industries, such as Automation & Tech. I worked there for 2 years (fairly long in recruiting years, considering I was a rookie) and billed at least $250k+ both years, including a record first-time placement fee of $32,000. (I didn't need the Porsche pic after all.)
